Creative design is about connection,
Connection to one's self,
Connection to our environment.
Angie's commitment to resolving the pragmatics of form and function drives her to create images, spaces and objects with understated clean compositions and personal expression in a minimalist balanced vision. Drawing inspiration from nature, psychology and modernism her work continues to develop into diverse areas of the creative industry ranging from her expertise in photography and graphic design to interior design and decoration.
Armed with a Bachelor of Design & Visual Arts, and a diverse career working across industries, cultures and countries she brings a blend of international aesthetics with a keen focus on sustainability and positive social change to create a uniquely diverse body of work. Her creations pays homage to our natural environment, diversity, social commentary and classic design in modern form, with a focus on creating spaces that invoke a sense of ease and sophistication within our increasingly perplexing lives.
Angie's interest into the convergence of simplistic understated design in our surrounding environment blended with the influence it has on our psyche leads her to further investigate and understand the impacts we have as consumers on our natural environment. Through up-cycling furniture, propagation of plants and trying to lead a lifestyle with a smaller carbon footprint, she is always ready to lend her hand to something new and creative in an attempt to make this world a better place for future generations.
Angie has recently relocated with her partner Ben to Wanaka, New Zealand and always welcomes any expressions of interest to collaborate, create and educate with like minded individuals.
